Industrial ventilation
Axial Fans
Axial fans are a type of fan that are used to flow a large amount of air in one direction. These fans have curved blades that are located on a shaft that is positioned vertically in relation to the fan housing. When the fan starts, these blades rotate around the shaft, causing air to move in the direction of the shaft.
These fans are often used in ventilation and air conditioning systems, as well as in industrial processes where the circulation of a large amount of air is required. They can be used to blow out or suck in air, depending on how the fan is positioned.
Axial fans are available in different sizes and capacities, from diameter fi 300 to fi 1000mm. Some fan models can be controlled via a speed regulator, which allows for more precise adjustment of the fan speed according to needs.
It should be known that axial fans can generate a lot of noise at high speeds, so it is necessary to take into account the sound performance when choosing a fan for a specific application. Also, fans with even blades have a lower output than fans with profiled blades.
